Terms and Scope

On this page, "we" means Develocenter. "You" means the visitor of our public websites, or the end-user of our product, or the legal entity who is the licensee or the user of our product — as applicable to the subject matter. This privacy policy applies to both personal information (which can be attributed to a specific individual) and non-personal information that are collected by us on our websites or in our products.

Data Collected on our Website

Any data that is entered into any form on develocenter.com web site or on develocenter.atlassian.net is only used for the indicated purposes. We will never give away any personal information including your e-mail address to any third party. We do not collect any web site usage statistics. You can safely disable cookies on our website.

Data storage

None of our server apps collect or store any data from your Jira instance locally.

Support Data Location

As an active or potential customer, you may register on develocenter.atlassian.net in order to submit support tickets or be registered by submitting a support request per email. At that time your name (if entered), email address and support details will be stored in our Service Desk system running in the Atlassian Cloud. If the support details should include personal data, please anonymize the data beforehand. If you wish for your personal information to be removed from Service Desk, please contact as at contact@develocenter.com.
